A credit union in Louisiana recently purchased 20 Topaz signature pads from UniLink to complete a technology upgrade! The credit union, a Fiserv Corillian user, upgraded hardware technology for new account openings and loan origination processes.
The customer took advantage of UniLink's product expertise, and was able to gain insight into several different signature pads prior to making a buying decision. In addition to their hardware upgrade, the customer is also in the process of being set up for UniLink's eCommerce program, allowing them to easily sign up for online ordering and repairs with a simple click of a mouse! UniLink's online ordering system allows the customer to bill and ship to any location, assign a PO number to any order, and maintain a complete order history that can be exported from the website into an excel document. |
