100-Branch FIS User in Massachusetts Purchases 400 Electronic Signature Pads from UniLink

A 100-branch bank in Massachusetts recently designated UniLink as their financial hardware provider for a complete electronic signature pad installation at all of their branch locations. As a part of their e-wire project, the FIS user was looking to upgrade to the latest electronic hardware and purchased 435 Topaz SigLite signature pads!

The customer chose to partner with UniLink due to their top of the line customer service. The 435 unit purchase was not a quick one; the bank took their time to weigh all of their options, and UniLink was by their side the entire time. UniLink provided a vendor neutral product analysis, discussing the best options that would work for the customer's unique footprint. UniLink then sent demo units for the customer to evaluate, allowing the customer to make the best informed buying decision. After experiencing great success with the three demo units, the customer turned those three demo units into 435 purchased units!

While a new hardware purchase for the customer, they have been using UniLink's Authorized Repair Facility for almost five years. The customer uses UniLink's unique online repair portal, where they can enter repair tickets and view status updates every step of the way! The customer is excited to continue to work with UniLink in the future and utilize all of their value-added services.
