We recently purchased a number of desktop check scanners and supplies through UniLink because of their quick delivery, competitive pricing and expansive portfolio of product offerings. Our sales rep has always taken care of the details and made sure we had all the licenses and hardware maintenance services we needed to support the equipment we purchased. We will begin to look at other areas including teller printers, signature pads, document scanning, and Unilink’s repair service capabilities. When we recently migrated our Items Processing department from a high speed Unisys sorter to desktop scanners, UniLink was also very helpful in finding a buyer for our sorter – something we didn’t think had any value in the secondary market. We were pleasantly surprised!
