A Maryland-based bank had purchased check scanners from UniLink and needed consumable supplies for their new scanners and some existing scanners and printers. The bank was also interested in protecting their investment by performing preventative maintenance. Through collaborating with their UniLink Service & Supplier Manager, the bank was able to develop a preventative maintenance plan for all 13 locations, including specialized kits including all supplies needed to maintain their equipment. In addition, UniLink is providing additional support by hosting webinar to educate head tellers on how to use their preventative maintenance products.
